Diamond Hamock is a dedicated mental health professional with experience supporting individuals facing substance use challenges, co-occurring disorders, and housing instability. She has worked extensively with mentally and behaviorally challenged children and adults in both community and clinical settings. Diamond holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Norfolk State University and is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor - Supervisee (CSAC-S) and Qualified Mental Health Professional - Trainee (QMHP-T). She has provided individual and group counseling in outpatient and residential programs, facilitated care coordination, and supported justice-involved populations. Passionate about advocacy and wellness, Diamond brings both empathy and expertise to every client interaction.
Ivis empowers a diverse range of individuals to face life's challenges. She will accompany you in your journey to healing, while regaining control of your life. Ivis has a Master of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University, and a Double Bachelor of Art in Psychology & Sociology at the University of Puerto Rico. Ivis is fully bilingual, which is an asset to help the Hispanic community access Behavioral Health.
Mellissa L. Miller is a compassionate and dedicated counselor who believes that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change. With a strong commitment to supporting individuals through life's challenges, Mellissa brings together her professional education, continued training, personal faith, and years of experience to provide a warm and supportive counseling environment.
Mellissa earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Regent University and her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice & Political Science from Old Dominion University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, Mellissa has participated in numerous seminars, educational programs, and professional trainings throughout her career. She has also presented at Grief and Loss seminars and panels, sharing her knowledge and experience to educate, encourage, and support individuals and communities navigating the challenges associated with grief and loss.
Mellissa's professional calling is deeply connected to her Christian faith, which is an important and meaningful part of her life. In addition to her counseling work, she has been actively involved with the Young Adult Ministry at her church, where she has had the opportunity to encourage, mentor, and support young adults as they navigate relationships, personal growth, faith, and the many transitions that come with adulthood.
Mellissa believes that counseling should be a place where people feel heard, respected, and understood. She strives to meet each individual where they are, recognizing that everyone's story and journey are unique. Her goal is to help those she serves develop greater understanding of themselves, work through life's challenges, discover their strengths, and move toward greater hope and healing.

Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Old Dominion University. Passionate about mental health advocacy, she is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to well-being. Lauren enjoys networking and building meaningful connections, believing that strong relationships are key to personal growth and healing. With a compassionate approach, she strives to create a welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
